ARP Capital & Glevum Heating

ARP Capital Partners was created to fill a gap that Anish and Raj Patel – two investment entrepreneurs – had identified in the UK SME M&A space, with the intention of providing a third alternative to either a typical private equity or trade sale for sellers.
They set about searching for promising businesses they could acquire, in which they could work with the owners to quickly transition them out of the day-to-day operations. In 2015, they identified their core platform business: Glevum Heating.
With financial backing from a highly prestigious group of investors, they are now seeking to grow Glevum Heating into one of the largest companies in the heating and renewable energy sector in the UK.
Raj and Anish tell Telegraph Business Club that they are genuinely long-term oriented with no pre-set exit deadlines, providing Glevum Heating with management as well as financial resource.
